Headers

Retry-After: Seconds until the next UTC day (00:00 UTC).
Cache-Control: no-store and Content-Type: application/problem+json, as on every problem response.

What to do

Try again after 00:00 UTC. Lost signups (for example a lost response) count too, so store the API key at once.
