rate_limited

HTTP 429 · Too many signup requests from this network in the last minute.

Burst guard: 20 requests per 60 seconds per network, counted separately for each of the two endpoints. The count is approximate. A network is one IPv4 address or one IPv6 /64.	`Too many requests from this network.`	`Wait a minute before trying again.`

Headers

Retry-After: 60.
Cache-Control: no-store and Content-Type: application/problem+json, as on every problem response.

What to do

Wait for the Retry-After seconds, then try again.
