HTTP 405 · The path exists, but not with this HTTP method.

Headers

Allow lists the methods of the path.
Cache-Control: no-store and Content-Type: application/problem+json, as on every problem response.

What to do

Use a method from the Allow header. The API sends no CORS headers, so browser JavaScript on another origin cannot call it.
